Rules and regulations for the use of PLS Agro Foods Global's website and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and PLS Agro Foods Global Pvt Ltd ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://plsfoods.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. International Trade & Export Policy

As a global exporter of agro-commodities, specifically Makhana (Fox Nuts) and Spices, all transactions differ from standard e-commerce retail. By placing a bulk order, you agree to:

  • Compliance: Ensure that the products ordered comply with the import regulations of the destination country.
  • Documentation: Provide accurate information required for export documentation (Bill of Lading, Phyto-sanitary certificates, etc.).
  • Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, standard shipments are FOB (Free On Board) India or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) depending on the contract.

3. Orders and Payments

We accept bulk inquiries and verify stock availability before confirming orders.

  • Payment Terms: For international orders, we accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or T/T (Telegraphic Transfer/Wire Transfer) with advance payment terms as agreed upon in the Invoice.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once the advance payment is received or the L/C is verified by our bank.
  • Currency: All international transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates based on vessel schedules and freight forwarder availability. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, port congestion, or customs delays in the destination country.

5. Quality Assurance & Claims

We guarantee that our products meet the specifications outlined in the proforma invoice. Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be made within 7 days of the arrival of goods at the destination port, accompanied by a surveyor's report from an independent agency (e.g., SGS).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents (including source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics) are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. PLS Agro Foods Global and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
