Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty, provided that processing has not begun. If special private labeling or custom packaging production has started, a cancellation fee covering the cost of materials may apply.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the perishable nature of food products (Makhana, Spices, etc.), we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Once your claim is inspected and approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment or provided as credit towards future orders, within 7-10 business days.
If a return is approved due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping arrangements.
