Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty, provided that processing has not begun. If special private labeling or custom packaging production has started, a cancellation fee covering the cost of materials may apply.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products (Makhana, Spices, etc.), we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

We accept returns/refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Goods: If the shipment arrives visibly damaged. Please photograph the damage immediately upon receipt and note it on the delivery receipt.
  • Quality Issues: If the product does not match the specifications or quality parameters agreed upon in the contract/invoice.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received a product different from what was ordered.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a claim, please contact us at support@plsfoods.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number / Invoice Number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging

Once your claim is inspected and approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment or provided as credit towards future orders, within 7-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is approved due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping arrangements.
