1. Order Processing Time

All bulk orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation and contract signing. Custom private label orders may require additional time for packaging production, typically 14-21 days.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping modes to suit your budget and timeline:

Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Ideal for large bulk orders. Transit time varies by destination (typically 15-45 days).
Air Cargo: For urgent requirements. Faster delivery (typically 3-7 days).
Courier/Express: For samples and small consignments.

3. Incoterms

We generally work with standard Incoterms® 2020:

FOB (Free on Board): We handle export customs and loading onto the vessel at the port of origin. Buyer pays freight and insurance.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover costs, insurance, and freight to the buyer's named port of destination.
EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges collection from our warehouse.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import Duties & Taxes: Unless otherwise specified in the contract (e.g., DDP terms), the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.
Documentation: We provide all necessary export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and Phyto/Health Certificates as required.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number or Bill of Lading number and a link to track your shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We insure all CIF shipments. For FOB shipments, the buyer is responsible for insurance. If goods arrive damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist with the insurance claim process.
